Package Your Device
Securely pack the device in its original box, including all cables, adapters, and manuals, to ensure the product is protected during transit and meets inspection standards.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location; please ensure you keep your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 7 to 10 business days.
